Notary Requests
1) Complete the new or renewal Notary application. A copy is available here, as well as at the New Jersey Division of Revenue's website.
2) Mail or drop off the completed application to:

3) If you include your check for $25.00 payable to Treasurer, State of New Jersey, Senator Turner will forward your application for processing and send you a copy of the endorsed application. Otherwise, you can pick up the application once it's signed, or your endorsed application will be mailed back to you.
4) For more information on getting sworn in, please contact the Mercer County Clerk's Office.
